A tailored and focussed consultancy service to support entrepreneurs and business owners to bring to life their ideas and grow their business to be a successful venture.
The journey to start and grow a business is a continuous learning and adapting process, which can be overwhelming and intense. I provide a personalised service to help and support this process as needed, such as forming the idea, preparing for launch, financial planning, operational design and more.
Once a start up is established the next phase is growth, which brings with it a new set of challenges and workload, my consultancy service helps to provide guidance on what is needed to make the growth successful. This includes financial management, processes, policies, tools required, growing the team, capacity building and more.
The focus is to deliver a hands on and practical service, I get in to the details and work with you to deliver all that is required.

Founder - Shaheena Rasool
Over the last two decades I have worked with start-ups, scaling businesses and large corporate organisations managing and delivering change, from problem identification, solution design, planning and execution. Alongside I have been on my own entrepreneurial journey, setting up and running several ventures.
On my entrepreneurial journey I found the information, the experts and support out there was vague, limited or then motivational focussed. When I needed practical, hands on and tailored support it was a struggle to find this without costing an arm & a leg (on top of all the other costs of starting a business).
Additionally, I noticed as starts up grew, the focus would be on financing, marketing, and gaining customers, the day to day running of the organisation was an after thought (if it all). Aspects like building the team, developing processes, and implementing tools were not considered but are vital for successful growth.
Taking into consideration the above and my expertise, I have decided to offer a tailor-made consultancy service to support both Start Ups and Scaling Businesses on their journey.
